Experts recommend that everyone should eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables everyday. Study's show that people do not eat the recommended servings and have poor diets. It is the most important foods to building a strong body and mind. 35% of cancer deaths are contributed by poor diets. They are good sources of vitamins. Also adequate fiber which prevents heart diesease.
Eat more fruits and vegitables!
